One End of Highway 13

California 13 makes an arc through Berkeley and Oakland. The Oakland leg of the route is a north-south freeway; most of the Berkeley section is along Ashby Avenue, an east-west route. The western (or, perhaps northern) end of California 13 is at Interstates 80 and 580 in Berkeley.
