It was still all button reflectors in May 2009 when this photo was taken on westbound California 24 in Oakland. You see the sign at the Telegraph Avenue exit and, in the distance, the sign for the upcoming Interstate 580 interchange, where California 24 ends and Interstate 980 begins.
