When photographed in November 2009, this destination sign still made use of button reflectors. The sign, for eastbound traffic at the eastern end of a six-mile concurrence of California 41 and 46 in San Luis Obispo County, indicates the destination for each route after the highways part ways.

The small "T" symbol below indicates that either route is suitable for use by trucks.
