One Route Isn't Marked

These exit signs on northbound Interstate 5 in Oceanside show the exit numbers that have gradually been included on California freeway signs. What they don't show, though, is a designation of Business Route 76 for Mission Avenue. That appears to be marked in only one place, on a small sign assembly just off the shoulder of the freeway. It doesn't appear to be marked on Mission Avenue at all.
