Mixture of fonts on a warning sign on the University of California campus in Berkeley

On the University of California campus in Berkeley, this warning sign at a driveway sports a mixture of fonts: a standard FHWA font in the middle and, at the top and bottom, what appears to be Univers 75, sometimes also called Univers Black. It's still readable but it's definitely a one-of-a-kind sign.
