This view of one of California's more scenic freeways looks toward its eastern end. Routes 20 and 49 are concurrent routes from Grass Valley to Nevada City. Inexplicably, an isolated freeway segment joins the two cities. It seems to be a bit overdone considering the amount of traffic in the area, but it is a pretty freeway.
