Under the California 24 freeway in Oakland's Rockridge district is this tangle of signs at Broadway. The sign pointing tank trucks elsewhere is intended to send them back down Broadway rather than onto the freeway ramp.
The California 24 sign to downtown Oakland has the button reflectors that were once the standard in California. It takes the place of the usual green spade-shaped cutout shield on this Freeway Entrance sign assembly.
