Historic Spring Street

In northern San Luis Obispo County, US 101 is a freeway that bypasses the older part of Paso Robles. Spring Street was the main street of Paso Robles, and was also the former route of US 101. Sometime in 2008 or 2009, signs marking the historic route were installed along Spring Street. This photo was taken in November 2009 south of downtown Paso Robles on northbound Spring Street.
