Lighted Warning

Old Sacramento is a tourist destination just off the Capitol Mall in Sacramento. As a consequence, there's enough pedestrian traffic to make this lighted warning sign worthwhile, alerting drivers on side streets turning left that pedestrians may be crossing Capitol Mall. The rail line crossing Capitol Mall adds possible complications, too.
