A 5-mile-per-hour speed limit isn't unexpected for a road in a park. In Redwood Regional Park on the Alameda-Contra Costa county line near Oakland, there's a weight limit, too, specified to a fraction. Wouldn't it have been easier to say "34,400 pounds"?
