But First, You Have to Get Through the Tunnel

Instead of "Use Right Lane", it's "Use Right Tunnel". Traveling westbound on California 24 west of Orinda, California 13 is the next major route, but you have to get through the Caldecott Tunnel first. The exits are just about half a mile east of the tunnel.
This sign is also a little confusing. At one time, California 13 would have to be approached via Tunnel Road. That's no longer necessary with the reconstruction of the interchange in the 1990s. Oddly, though, Oakland is not shown as a destination. Perhaps that's because the actual interchange is in Oakland.
Also note the use of button reflectors on this sign, as well as some patching to include the Berkeley and Hayward destinations.
