Some of the construction cones are still in evidence at the US 101 freeway entrance from Octavia Boulevard at Octavia's southern endpoint at Market Street. Looking straight ahead in this view, you can also see a residential side street, called Elgin Park, right next to the freeway entrance. Imagine having a freeway in your back yard.
