The TV schedule for NBC affiliate KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri for the week of April 7, 1957. (From a newspaper ad in the preceding week's Centralia Fireside Guard.) There was also an ad for KOMU-TV's sole competitor at the time, KRCG-TV in Jefferson City. Neither station's broadcast day began until 11 in the morning, even though the NBC network had the morning Today program. Note that KOMU also carried some programs from ABC, because central Missouri did not have an ABC affiliate at the time, and wouldn't until 1971.
