Yes, these are Arkansas signs, but they're right at the Missouri border, where Arkansas route 87 becomes Missouri supplemental route AR about a mile south of Bakersfield, Missouri.
David Backlin reports the narrower font is the font that usually is found on markers for Arkansas state highways.
