This photo was in Arkansas on state routes 94 and 340 near the Missouri border. Scott Manness describes it further, "The sign gives directions to US 71 via AR 340, and to MO 44 via AR 94. This cannot be directions to I-44, since there's really no access to I-44 this way. It appears to be the old MO 44, which hasn't existed since 1960! The sign cannot possibly be 50 years old, so how this happened I don't know."
Scott continues, "Anyway, if you follow AR 94 north, it becomes MO [Route] E which eventually comes out at MO 76 (old MO 44)."
