Who flipped the "reverse" switch? The state outline is right but you don't usually expect white numbers on black outlines. That's what Rich Piehl found in a construction zone on Missouri 141 between US 61/67 and I-55 in the Jefferson County city of Arnold. It wasn't the only sign on Missouri 141 like that.
