Business US 50 in Jefferson City is also known as Missouri Boulevard, one of the capital's major commercial streets. Note the unusual adopt-a-highway sign behind the marker, near the bus-stop shelter. It's a memorial to longtime Jefferson City businessman and civic leader Anton Hiesberger.
