A complex of highway signs greets the traveler northbound on US 69 in Cameron. Interstate 35 passes the town to the east while US 36 runs along its northern edge. Business Loop 35 also goes into Cameron, running concurrently along a short segment of US 36 and most of US 69 in the city.
