Beginning in 2005, James Baughn reports, signs at the Butler county line began to show a smaller sign with a population figure immediately underneath the bigger sign. This sign is at the end (or beginning) of Route JJ. At the very right of the photo is a typical Wayne County marker (although Wayne County sometimes uses pentagon signs, according to James). There's also a yellow-on-blue marker for a private lane in Butler County. And last, but not least, there's a "State Maintenance Begins" sign to round out the scene.
