Many highways cross through the Missouri River town of Glasgow. At the eastern end of the Missouri River bridge, Business 240 ends, and Missouri routes 5, 87, and 240 make their appearance. Route 240 crosses the bridge into Saline County. The Great Western railway bridge parallels the highway bridge.
