Missouri 130 is a spur through Pershing State Park in Linn County. It forms an "L" between US 36 and Missouri 139 on the north and Missouri 139 on the east.
There are a couple of unusual things about Missouri 130:
- The only directional banner on any reassurance marker for the route indicates that it's a north-south highway, even though it's an even-numbered route, and
- Both endpoints intersect with the same route (Missouri 139).
