The east endpoint of Missouri 66 is east of Duenweg at Interstate 44. Note the Keep Left sign. The route continues as a service road for Interstate 44; eastbound traffic has to continue on the service road. From this perspective, you're looking directly at the westbound exit for traffic headed to Missouri 66 from Interstate 44.
