The northern end of Missouri 759, the Stockyards Expressway in St. Joseph, is on Fourth Street, not far from downtown St. Joseph. It's hard to believe you're in the middle of a city from this photo, which would look somewhat rustic were it not for the double-decker Interstate 229 freeway in the background.
