This photo was taken during reconstruction of the Forest Park Parkway in St. Louis. The route was also closed for the Metrolink light-rail expansion project. James Baughn notes, "The orange sign was a little outdated at this point since the whole parkway was closed -- and nobody could see it anyway except for pedestrians."
