Exit numbering on the Kansas City freeway loop, at the 2-mile point for Interstates 35 and 70, uses the letters A through Y. Yes, there are 25 exits into and/or out of the loop, which surrounds the core of the downtown area. From the Grand Boulevard overpass across Interstate 70 between Missouri Avenue and 6th Street, you can see where it all starts, with exit 2A at Broadway to the west.
Also note a "big blue sign" with points of interest. Such signs have been erected on Kansas City freeways, using the Clearview font.
