This sign for an exit serving a county road just east of Columbia on Interstate 70 shows a couple of oddities. First, the exit-number tab is larger than usual. Second, the font for Lake of the Woods Road is in two sizes, with a much smaller size in use for the words of the between Lake and Woods.
Moreover, this is one of the few exits off I-70 in Missouri that doesn't lead directly to a state-maintained highway of some type, either numbered or supplemental.
