Signs advising property owners that their property has only limited highway access rights were once more common along rural Missouri routes. That said, this sign, photographed along Missouri 92 in Platte County in September 2005, appeared relatively new. But it can't be any newer than 1996, when the Missouri Department of Transportation adopted its present name.
