Here you see both the highest-numbered and the lowest-numbered state highways.
Missouri 1 is a relatively short highway in Kansas City and Gladstone. Along most of its length, it's the designation for Antioch Road, a major thoroughfare in the Northland. It doesn't appear to run along any portion of the original route for State Highway No. 1, which for the most part is now US 71.
Missouri 765 runs along the former route of US 65 through downtown Sedalia. (It could just as easily have been Business 65, one supposes.)
