Ten years after I first photographed the only reassurance marker on Missouri 128 at Crowder State Park, I returned in September 2012 to find that the marker had been replaced with a newer-style "wide" rectangular marker. It was still the only reassurance marker on the route, and there was still no directional banner. The sign prohibiting fireworks, not present ten years previously, was probably added by the state parks department.
