Normally in Missouri, business routes are not signed at intersections where you're going in a direction where you'd be leaving the town served by the business route. For example, if you're at the north end of town going north, a business route going south wouldn't get a sign. But in this case, this assembly is for northbound traffic on Missouri 13.
