Missouri 16 isn't the only route served by this exit near Canton. Barely a mile to the west, Missouri 81 ends at Missouri 16. If you look very closely in the background, there's a "TO Missouri 81" trailblazer assembly, reflecting the nearness of Missouri 81 to this exit.
