No destination city is listed for Missouri 168 at its interchange with US 24 and US 61 near Palmyra. This sign is for traffic northbound on US 24 and US 61. To the west, Missouri 168 goes into Palmyra; to the east, Missouri 168 is an alternate route that eventually turns south and goes into Hannibal where it meets up again with US 61.
