The intersection of Missouri 190 and Missouri 146 in Grundy County west of the Edinburg community also marks the northwestern (sort of) endpoint of Route 190.
Both routes cover a former route of Missouri 6. From this point westward, Missouri 190 runs along the former Route 6; eastward, Missouri 146 is the replacement designation for Missouri 6. Around the curve in the background, the route's original designation is still in effect as Route 146.
