Missouri 210 and Missouri 269 meet at an interchange in the northeast corner of North Kansas City. In recent years, a casino has been built in the area, and the Chouteau Bridge has been reconstructed. Missouri 269 was widened to meet these new demands; the sign gantries are part of that upgrade.
