There are several notable things about this sign assembly on Missouri 92 in Tracy, near Platte City:
- Both markers use the "wide" rectangular style, even the marker for Missouri 92, which would normally get a square marker.
- The markers are what I call the "pointy" style marker more often seen near freeways than at rural intersections such as this one.
- Missouri 273 does not actually intersect with Missouri 92. Instead, a short spur route, shown on some maps as Spur 92, connects Missouri 273 and Missouri 92. The sign assembly in the background more clearly indicates that the intersection with Missouri 273 isn't here.
