Off in the distance in this photo, about half a mile, you can see the intersection of US 71 and Missouri 90, the same intersection that this sign is giving advanced notice for. Note that the sign doesn't say Exit because this isn't an interchange. Still, it seems unusual to use a freeway-style sign for this purpose.
