A Supplemental Spur Route, or a Spur Supplemental Route

Here's another marked spur for a supplemental road. Scott Maness found it on Route N north of Stockton. Spur N goes into the Cedar County community of Caplinger Mills. It runs less than a mile, goes to the center of the community, intersects one street, and then dead-ends at an old bridge over the Sac River.
