Cabool is the north end of a 14-mile concurrence along US 60 and US 63 between Cabool and Willow Springs. At the next interchange from this sign, US 63 will go to the north and US 60 will turn west. While US 63 goes on to Houston and Rolla, Business US 60 is the route into the main part of Cabool, though it's not indicated on this sign.
