One of the destinations on this exit sign on US 60 at Cabool says Houston. Of course, that's Houston, Missouri. Houston is the county seat of Texas County, which also happens to the Missouri county with the largest geographical area. Business US 60 heads into the main part of Cabool.
This interchange is also the north end of a 14-mile concurrence along US 60 and US 63 between Cabool and Willow Springs.
