This would seem to be a mighty rustic Interstate, but instead this is part of a connector between the on-ramps and off-ramps on Exit 93 of Interstate 55 at the south end of Cape Girardeau. This part of the route is old US 61. Evidently the TO trailblazer banner was omitted. The only "actual" designation for this segment of the road is Missouri 74.
