Both Missouri 154 and Business US 24 have their western endpoints at US 24 on the west side of Paris. The Missouri 154 marker uses the "wide" rectangular style, yet the "End" banner isn't centered above the marker as it should be. Other than that, there were few worries when this photo was taken in September 2012.
