Which state is it? The Missouri outline almost becomes a square on the Missouri 23 marker at this intersection in Lafayette County. This view looks west on Missouri 20. Another sign of wear and tear is the cracking of the reflective surface on the arrow signs.
Another Missouri 20 marker nearby (which you can barely see in the background in this photo) is in slightly better condition. It's actually quite rare to see a state-marker sign in this state of decay. In fact, this one is the only one I've ever seen where the state outline had just crumpled up.
