When Missouri 13 was re-routed from Springfield to Reeds Spring in November 2002, many, many signs had to be changed. Judging by this photo six months later, some of the work had yet to be completed. This view is at the Route FF/US 160 "West Bypass" interchange at the James River Freeway in Springfield. As David Backlin explained, "MoDOT hadn't replaced the signs yet after Missouri 13 was rerouted, so they merely covered-up the 13."
