Richmond is the only city in Missouri where you'll find two state business routes, Business Missouri 10 and Business Missouri 13.
Business Missouri 10 is an east-west route through Richmond, paralleling Missouri 10, which bypasses Richmond to the south. But Business Missouri 13 forms a small loop with Business Route 10 and Missouri 13 on the east side of Richmond. Missouri 13 itself goes right through Richmond. Neither Business Route 13 nor Missouri 13 go into downtown Richmond.
