New in September 2002 is the interchange near Sturgeon where Missouri 22 and US 63 meet, completed as part of the project to add two lanes to US 63 all the way from Columbia to Moberly. Supplemental route F has been extended to the new interchange. Note the "pointy" style marker for Route 22, also used on Missouri 22 itself at the top of the interchange.
