What's this trying to say? This sign on a county road in Franklin County is indicating that there are no yellow stripes marking no-passing zones. But you could parse the words on the sign another way with the opposite meaning. MoDOT currently uses a sign that says "NO CENTER STRIPE" where a road has been resurfaced but not yet re-striped. These signs are needed because Missouri doesn't use signs to indicate no-passing zones.
