There aren't many places in outstate Missouri where three US highways meet. Just west of downtown Jefferson City, there's an interchange for US 50, which traverses the city east-west; US 54, which goes north to Fulton and south to the Lake of the Ozarks; and US 63, which goes north to Columbia and through Jefferson City to Rolla in the southbound direction.
