There's no indication that this is the south endpoint of Interstate 57. But it's right here at this interchange in Scott County near Sikeston. Interstate 57 and US 60 are concurrent for about half of Interstate 57's length in Missouri. Most of Interstate 57 is in Illinois, with its north endpoint in Chicago.
While this is the south endpoint of Interstate 57, it's really an east-west route in Missouri. US 60 continues west from this point, going all the way across the state.
