This guide sign for US 60 and Missouri 13 approaching the James River Expressway in Brookline hadn't caught up in 2004 to a re-routing that had occurred a couple of years previously . This part of Missouri 13 was redesignated Missouri 413 in 2002. Moreover, Missouri 413 isn't routed along the James River Freeway. US 60 now goes solo on the freeway for a couple of miles east of this point until an interchange with US 160.
