All that's missing is a Business Loop shield from this set of markers on US 60 and Missouri 13 on the northeast side of Republic. Route MM is one way of reaching Interstate 44 from Republic. The Interstate 44 shield may be a locally produced sign. Almost all standalone Interstate route markers in Missouri include the state's name.
Missouri 13 was redesignated Missouri 413 in November 2002 after Missouri 13 was rerouted to follow US 160 south of Springfield.
